In teaching a wide variety of people from different backgrounds, I have used various methods. For the students that learn by reading, I assigned them material to review. For those that relied on auditory sources, I found audio files or videos for them to review. For tactile learners, it was a hands-on approach to learning. In many cases the classes were a presentation, followed by a focus on individual needs.
I would teach information technology, safety, finance, problem solving, critical thinking, customer service, project management, photography, truck driving skills and life skills. I taught here in the United States and sometimes I was flown out to other countries to teach foreign nationals.
