I am currently an engineering student with a strong academic background and a passion for helping students succeed. I was recognized through the College Board National Recognition Award Program and earned the AP Scholar with Merit distinction for my performance in advanced coursework and exams. I also scored in the 95th percentile among SAT test takers, which reflects my strong skills in math, reading comprehension, and problem-solving. My academic experience has taught me effective study methods and strategies that I now use to help students better understand challenging material.

In addition to my academics, I have over 300 hours of volunteer experience working with elementary, middle school, and special needs students in educational and mentorship settings. Through these experiences, I learned how to adapt my teaching style to different ages, learning abilities, and individual needs. I have worked with students in both one-on-one and group settings, focusing on creating a supportive and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence in their abilities.

I also have a year of experience as a math tutor, helping students with homework, test preparation, and strengthening foundational math skills. My tutoring approach focuses on breaking down difficult concepts into smaller, manageable steps while encouraging critical thinking and independent learning.
