I am a Cornell University Biomedical Engineering graduate (Summa Cum Laude) with extensive experience mentoring students in STEM subjects. I was admitted to the UC Berkeley–UCSF Bioengineering PhD program and other top research programs nationwide, giving me a strong understanding of how to succeed in rigorous coursework and highly competitive academic applications.
I tutor organic chemistry, calculus, and linear algebra, with an emphasis on conceptual understanding, problem-solving strategies, and exam preparation. My goal is to help students build confidence and develop a structured approach to tackling complex problems. I also offer Spanish tutoring, including conversational practice and academic writing support.
In addition, I provide personal statement and application support for graduate school, research programs, and STEM-focused opportunities, offering clear, thoughtful feedback to help students communicate their goals effectively.
My teaching style is patient, organized, and tailored to each student’s learning style. I am especially well-suited for students pursuing STEM majors, pre-med, or pre-graduate tracks.
