Hello! My name is Justin and I recently graduated high school and will be going to Rice University this summer. I have been an active tutor at high school starting from my freshman year. I would generally tutor my peers or underclassmen in different subjects such as math or science. I have also worked with a tutoring volunteering organization for over 6 months tutoring in math and English. I love the fact that tutoring helps the students to reach their general goal of understanding the concept.
As a tutor at this platform, I am excited to tutor students in all the different areas that they need help in. I will prepare the PowerPoint for the lessons and homework so students can review and understand the material. I want all my students to understand the concept and be able to apply the skills that they have learned when the tutoring session ends.
I have gotten 35 on the ACT Math Section 3 times, 5 on AP Calc AB, 800 on the SAT Math II Section and good grades during all my math classes in high school.
