My name is Tanner, I'm a high school science teacher in my 9th year at a rural school. I graduated from Hardin Simmons University in Abilene, Tx with a degree in Biochemistry. I currently teach 9th grade Integrated physics and chemistry, 11th grade physics, and 12th grade anatomy and physiology. I am also the head baseball coach and junior high basketball and cross country coach. I am also the head of strength and conditioning for all high school athletes in our program.

I have always been infatuated with the human body and its capabilities. This is what drove me to major in biochemistry. Since college I have not only continued to study the science of the human body but also the health, wellness, fitness and nutrition required to maintain a good and healthy physique. I have applied this into my teaching and have used it to help our younger generation think about how they treat their bodies. I believe I can do the same with anybody I may tutor.
