In high school I was ranked 17th best basketball player in Texas and also a national rank. I went on to play college ball at the University of Arkansas at little rock (Division 1), then I transferred and finished out my career at University of the Southwest. I had opportunities to play professional basketball but I put my dreams on hold to be able to give back and help out kids.
