I've spent the last few years working in project management and software quality assurance. I juggle shifting schedules, unexpected updates, and lots of moving parts. Over time, I realized that I enjoy taking something complicated and turning it into a clear path that people can follow. Before tech, I spent time supporting elementary students with English grammar and writing basics, and I loved seeing how much confidence kids gained.

My tutoring covers web design, project management skills, and elementary grammar. In web design, I teach students how to make clean and accessible pages, and how to understand the "why" behind layouts and user experience. When it comes to project management, I share the habits and tools that keep my own work grounded. Things like breaking big tasks into smaller ones and building workflows that reduce stress instead of adding it. With elementary grammar, I focus on clarity and helping young learners feel proud of their writing. No matter the subject, I keep the pace calm and patient, and I make sure students feel support instead of rushed.

Before scheduling a lesson, I like to start with getting to know a student's goals through message. It helps me understand where they're starting from and what they hope to achieve, so our sessions are focused from the very beginning. Once we're aligned, we set a regular meeting time that works for both of us. I do require a 2-hour cancellation notice to keep scheduling fair and consistent.
