We can't say enough great things about Melissa. First, she was easy to connect with and very easy to schedule our first session with. She gave us lots of options for times and it was clear early on that she was very interested in the success of our daughter. We were looking for a tutor who of course knew her material, (in our case it was AP Chemistry) and more importantly could relate to her students. Melissa has consistently excelled in all the areas that parents (and students) would want from their tutor. She is professional, but has a real connection with her students and is invested in their success. When ask after our first session with Melissa what our daughter thought, she said with a big smile on her face "She's really nice dad, and she really really knows her stuff!" You can't ask for more as a parent. If you're looking for a tutor who is invested in your child's success in his or her class and is reliable and, as my daughter says, "really really knows her stuff," then I am confident you'll find all that and more with Melissa!

She gave me lots of helpful Chemistry tips right before the AP Chem exam to help me feel prepared and ready on the day of the big test! We went over a bunch of AP Chem practice MCQs that I had trouble with and she was enthusiastic and thorough in her explanations, and provided a comfortable learning space.
