I additionally serve as a mentor and subject matter expert in both these areas, for both my direct team-mates and my end-users.
I’ve trained colleagues in planning Microsoft SharePoint topology, enrolling and managing devices in Microsoft Intune, and applying identity principles in Microsoft Azure, all while training on general computing, such as walking through navigating Windows, or Linux. My approach emphasizes diagnosing knowledge gaps, modeling the solution once, then shifting to guided practice so learners can execute the workflow on their own.
My overarching goal is to create free-thinking problem-solvers who are capable of tackling extremely challenging problems with a Systems thinking mindset. More than just knowledge, it's the ability to take what you've learned and translate it into real-world scenarios that make a difference.
