I have a master's degree in Chemistry. I taught chemistry and chemistry lab. in university and high schools. However, I tutored for years. Since middle school on different subjects like math, science, English, Farsi, Persian dance, cooking, and more. Which gives me over 20 years of tutoring. I always found it very rewarding to teach.

After years and years of teaching, I decided to focus on cooking online. That's what I enjoy the most. I provide different classes that you can choose from. I am experience in the kitchen for over 20 years. I can help you start cooking. Walk you through the basics. Teach you some recipes that can easily change and give you a variety of flavors. My chemistry background helped me to experiment in my kitchen with different spices, cuisines, and diets to get what works for me best. I can help you do the same in your kitchen too and build confidence.

I am a native Farsi speaker. I have born and raised in Persia. The country with so much history and culture.
I can teach you to speak, read and write in Farsi. I have taught my 6-year-old (her dad is American) to speak, read and write Farsi. Practice and love for the language are the keys to learning it plus the right tools. I will provide the lesson plans, home works to help. I have worked with different ages and have a teaching background.

Mediterranean Basics:
Along the way, we learn the basic building blocks that build confidence in the kitchen so you feel comfortable taking flight on your own. Like learning different rice dishes with chicken and simple kebabs, some appetizers, hot or cold soups, dips, etc... You can always choose the ones you are interested in. This includes basic recipes that can be easily varied to make several different dishes.
