I am a 22 year experienced Certified Surgical Technologist. I have experience in several specialties and hospital setting. I have always learned by seeing and doing, but that does not work for everyone. I have had the opportunity to train several new technologist in the field upon employment and have ways to remember instrumentation, suture, procedures, etc. I also have trained registered nurses to be able to assist surgeons, prepping patients, airway complictions, foley insertion, equipment operation.
