For the past few weeks now, Mr. Malone has been giving me lessons in anatomy, value, rendering, perspective, and he has also been helping me build my portfolio for entry into an art school. I am extremely impressed by his body of work and experience, and I can hardly find the words to express how grateful I am to have the chance to work with an artist such as himself. It's been a truly invigorating experience, and has helped rekindle my passion for drawing, painting, and art in general. For the line of work I'm interested in going into (animation/game art), he's the perfect fit for my needs as a growing artist. This is my first time having any kind of art instruction ever since picking up a pencil to draw as a young girl and I have to say that I truly have struck gold in finding someone like Malone. Truly a dime in a dozen. His vast training and experience with so many great artists lends to a conglomeration of powerful instruction and wisdom that is really equipping me to become the artist I have always wanted to be.
