I have a strong educational background and extensive professional experience that allows me to effectively support students in their academic and personal growth. I earned my Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management in 2025, along with a bachelor’s degree. My education and career have strengthened my skills in reading comprehension, writing, organization, critical thinking, and study strategies.
Throughout my career, I have regularly trained new employees, explained complex policies and procedures, reviewed written work, and helped others understand detailed material in a clear, manageable way. These experiences translate naturally into tutoring, especially for students who benefit from personalized instruction and practical explanations.
I have primarily worked with adolescents and adults, including college students and early-career professionals. I have helped learners improve their writing, prepare for coursework, understand business and workplace concepts, and develop stronger organizational and study habits. I am particularly effective at working with students who feel overwhelmed, lack confidence, or need extra support with time management, reading comprehension, or written assignments.
My tutoring approach is patient, structured, and tailored to each student’s needs. I begin by understanding how the student learns best and identifying areas where they need the most support. From there, I break concepts down into clear steps, use real-world examples, and encourage active participation so students gain both understanding and confidence. I focus on helping students understand the “why,” not just the answer, so they can apply what they learn independently. I strive to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. My goal is not only to help students succeed academically, but also to help them build confidence, independence, and long-term learning skills they can carry forward.
