I'm a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) with 11 years of experience in primary and urgent care, along with experience in clinical leadership and college-level nursing education. I specialize in working with nurse practitioner and nursing students in advanced pharmacology, pharmacology, pathophysiology, anatomy & physiology, primary care, clinical reasoning, and dosage calculations. I also help FNP students prepare for NPCB and ANCC certification exams and HESI-FNP examinations.

My teaching philosophy is simple: understanding WHY something is correct is more valuable than memorizing an answer. We'll break difficult material into manageable concepts, understand the reasoning behind it, and apply that knowledge to practice questions and realistic clinical scenarios.

Sessions are individualized to your needs and may incorporate practice questions, clinical cases, diagrams, digital whiteboards, shared resources, and appropriate AI-assisted learning tools.

I'm a graduate of UT Austin and UT Health San Antonio, a former college clinical instructor for RN students, and hold additional training in healthcare technology, including MIT's Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare certificate and Telehealth.org's BCTP-I certification.

My master's degree is in nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner with an academic concentration focused on Public Health and Epidemiology. I've taken extensive coursework in Statistics, Emerging-Infectious diseases, Human-Infectious Diseases and Pathogenetics. We will explore topics related to statistical analysis of disease rates in a population. We will make the distinction between observational studies, cohort studies, experimental studies and study design in general. We will master all other epidemiological subject matter as well! Not only have I physically treated patients with HIV, Flu, etc., I've also performed statistical tracking to discern disease patterns! Thus, I can break down direct patient care whilst understanding disease patterns from the perspective of Epidemiology. My real world training involved statistical tracking of Pertussis rates in children with my local Health and Human Services Department. Moreover, my interest lies in epidemics such as: Avian Flu, Ebola, Marburg Virus and the origins of AIDS/SIDS. Epidemiology is the fundamental tool by which we conduct Public Health! *Please note: I can assist with Excel based Stats/Biostatistics/Epi. Hello GRE test-takers! I've taken the GRE and performed exceedingly well in the Math, Writing and Verbal areas of the GRE on my personal journey through graduate school. In addition, I have experience tutoring in Writing and English at the college level. As an undergraduate I was a college-level tutor for years! Currently, I work with a number of GRE students in English and Writing. There are a number of resources that I use during the sessions to facilitate learning and "mimic" the testing environment so that you're ready for exam day. Each resource is shared through your screen for a instructive, personalized learning format. Moreover, we analyze the structure of the GRE (it's supposed to be tricky right?) so that we have a better idea of how to approach the problems. I'm quick to respond to questions, patient and willing to work with you to perform well on the GRE! *I tutor only for the English & composition components of the GRE; while I feel comfortable with the math portion I'm more adept with preparing students for the verbal/composition/English components. First of all, I needed a tutor for my statement of purpose in a short time frame, and Eran answered my message quickly and gave me an appointment within two days of contact.
