I helped student in elementary school also create writing samples for the STARR test.
I really love tutoring younger students because they perceive things so much differently than older students. They usually have a strong motivation and problems can be walked through with cooperation between the tutor and student. I also love the energy that kids bring to the table and everyone's unique perspectives and personalities!
