I have been studying German with Christiane for almost a year now. In that time frame I have made tremendous progress in my verbal communication and writing skills. Starting with barely any knowledge of German, a few months back, I have now reached the point where I can make complete sentences using various complex grammatical structures and hold a basic conversation. Cristiane not only is a very knowledgeable instructor but she has a true passion for languages. She is a native German speaker but also understands the fundamentals of language communication across different languages. She takes her work very seriously and always pushes me to the next level. She is always prepared for our teaching sessions, but she also works outside of our class providing help when I need it. I strongly recommend Christiane as an instructor to anyone wishing to learn German.

Christiane is a wonderful tutor! Her grasp of linguistic and cultural nuances have greatly enhanced my understanding of German. I had taken classes in university but no longer had time for daily lessons.
