My experience in computer science extends across a wide range of projects and research. My projects involve building agentic AI workflows and creating software for a quantum computing education platform. Additionally, my research includes analyzing cognition with neural networks, building quantum simulations, and applying computational techniques to study neurodegenerative diseases. Much of my work has been done in collaboration with institutions such as Dartmouth College, University of New Hampshire, and published in journals such as Bioinformatics Advances.

Machine Learning/ AI

I have experience in machine learning, including published research and hands on development of AI models. I have done machine learning research at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, building AI pipelines and applying neural networks, Bayesian models, clustering algorithms and statistical learning techniques for analysis of large scale biological datasets focused on ALS. I have also studied computational models of cognition at the University of New Hampshire, creating and optimizing autoencoder and multilayer perceptron networks to simulate human perceptual learning. I have also published machine learning research in the Journal of Emerging Investigators , mentored student AI research teams, and taught machine learning concepts such as neural networks, computer vision and natural language processing through educational programs and workshops.
