Hello! My name is Aditya G. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas. I then went on to complete my Master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. My academic background in mathematics and logical reasoning allows me to see the core structures behind math curricula and test design. I bring this structured knowledge directly to my tutoring approach, breaking down complex topics so that students can build real, lasting confidence in their skills. I believe in tailoring every session to the individual student's pace, ensuring they have plenty of opportunities to practice and ask questions until the material truly clicks. I have nearly three years of formal experience working with middle school students as an instructor at Engineering for Kids, where I taught fundamental design and programming concepts in an interactive setting. Additionally, I spent significant time volunteering with Comet-Tutors, traveling directly to local high schools to conduct targeted workshops and personal tutoring sessions. In this setting, I worked one-on-one with high school students to guide them through algebra, geometry, and critical SAT preparation strategies. Working with students across different age groups and learning styles taught me how to adapt my communication style seamlessly, turning frustrating math problems into clear, manageable steps. I want to benefit the students I work with as much as possible, whether we are tackling foundational algebra, navigating high-level precalculus coursework, or targeting specific score goals for the Digital SAT. I welcome any resources, textbooks, or specific suggestions that parents or students can provide so that we can build the most effective learning plan together. I am incredibly easy to reach and will always provide fast responses. Feel free to contact me with any additional questions or to schedule our first lesson!
