I am an experienced educator and tutor with more than 15 years of teaching and tutoring experience across a wide range of subjects and age groups. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, a Master of Science in Transportation Engineering, and a Ph.D. in Transportation Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and am a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas. In addition to my engineering training, I completed a minor in English and earned a Business Foundations Certificate, giving me a strong interdisciplinary background in both quantitative and communication-focused subjects.

Over the years, I have worked with students ranging from middle school through college, providing support in one-on-one tutoring, classroom settings, and online learning environments. I have also taught at the middle school level and founded an online language-learning school, where I developed curriculum, trained instructors, and worked directly with students from diverse educational backgrounds.

My teaching philosophy is centered on adaptability. Every student processes information differently, so I focus on identifying the explanation style that works best for each individual. I often use real-world examples, analogies, and multiple approaches to help students build a deep understanding of concepts rather than simply memorizing procedures. My goal is to make challenging material accessible, engaging, and relevant to each student's learning style.
