I have over 25 years' experience teaching at major public and private universities in Iowa, Minnesota and Texas. I am currently a lecturer at a major University in Central Texas (Business School). I have taught over 15,000 students in my career.

I have worked for a Big Four accounting firm as a valuation expert and also held jobs as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer. I have taught CFA seminars at Wall Street Investment Banks and worked as a course developer and Internet learning platform developer with Kaplan Inc. (Schweser CFA Division).

I teach students at the undergraduate and graduate level (MBA) between the ages of 20 and 55 years, including working adults. I understand how students learn and orient my teaching to their needs and ability. I tailor my teaching efforts to ta student's learning style with the help of examples and real world analogies. Not all individuals learn the same way. My focus is on helping the student improve his or her understanding of the material, learning and application, and their score/grade. I believe that learning should be relevant and fun.
