My teaching and mentoring experience are deeply rooted in my personal and professional life. As an older sibling, I have been a cornerstone of support and guidance for my younger sister, which sparked my interest in tutoring/mentoring others. I’ve also served as a mentor for the Headstart Fellowship, a program dedicated to helping underclassmen secure internships and full-time positions at top companies. Through this program, I developed tailored strategies to help students achieve their professional goals while fostering confidence and growth. My methods are centered on personalized guidance, understanding individual needs, and breaking down complex goals into manageable steps.
