Knowledgable but hard to schedule

Tyler was great during our session. I raved about how knowledgeable he was compared to other tutors I have had. We scheduled another session and unfortunately, I completely forgot about it. My work schedule was different that day and most of that day I had my days mixed up, which was completely my fault. Once I realized this, I apologized a lot. And I asked for another session. We scheduled two different appointments and he gave last-minute excuses for not making the appointments. The last time(during finals week), I asked for another and he never responded. I hope the best for Tyler but I can't help but feel his actions were vindictive to retaliate for my mistake. I wish I hadn't given him 5 stars.
