Knowledgeable and patient teacher

Calvin has been tutoring my 4th grader and 6th grader for the past couple of months and I couldn't be happier with the experience! He is passionate about teaching and has connected well with my kids. He makes the lessons fun and engaging, keeping them excited about learning. They have made significant progress in their reading comprehension and writing skills. The kids feel comfortable asking questions and expressing themselves. Calvin regularly communicates with me about their progress, which I find very helpful. Great tutor!

Calvin tutored my 11th grade student for his staar test in algebra II. My son is on the spectrum and needed some extra help. Calvin is very kind and prepared. He gave him practice tests and reviewed and explained each problem with him. He is patient and has a very calming presence that my son very much appreciated. My son said he felt like he learned from him and was very happy to have someone he could get help from one on one.
