I wanted to share what a great experience my son had working with Justin on his ACT prep. We were really impressed—not just with the results, but with how quickly things started to click for him. In about four months (and even faster in some sections), his scores improved significantly: Composite from 27.5 to 34, English from 25 to 35, Math from 32 to 36, Reading from 25 to 32, and Science from 28 to 35. I worked with him for GRE prep and had a really great experience. He’s super patient, knows the test inside and out, and clearly has a ton of experience teaching it. Unlike most tutors, Justin doesn’t just show up and ask what you want help with. He actually asks about your goals and helps build a structured plan so you know what to work on between sessions. That made a big difference for me, as it kept my studying focused rather than random. I didn’t quite hit my original target score, but I improved a lot and definitely did better than I would have without his help. My son had a very positive experience with Justin for SAT tutoring. He helped him to focus on the easiest, most effective ways to improve his score quickly. He makes his own custom resource materials and points students to the best available third-party resources for test prep. My son’s practice SAT scores went from 1460 on 1-20-26 just before he started sessions with Justin, to 1540 by 3-8-26, with 40 points added to each of Math and RW. Highly recommended!
