I learned about the significance of soluble and insoluble fiber, the importance of staying hydrated, and the benefits of consuming green juices. Additionally, I discovered how to obtain trace minerals from fresh vegetables. I learned about nutrition practically by practicing mindfulness for a year. I learned about Macros and Micros. I knew the role of probiotics and prebiotics on gut health. I learned the importance of soluble and insoluble fiber. I learned the importance of staying hydrated, electrolytes, and green juices. I learned about receiving trace minerals through fresh vegetables. I learned about the significance of water-soluble and fat-soluble vitamins, as well as omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, and the differences between saturated and unsaturated fats. I learned about different types of diets, including gluten-free, Mediterranean, and keto.
