Hello! I am a Senior Water Resources Engineer with over 15 years of academic and industry experience in Civil and Water Resources Engineering. I hold a PhD in Civil Engineering and multiple professional certifications, including PE, CFM, GISP, ENV SP, and PMI-ACP.

My expertise includes hydrology, hydraulics, floodplain analysis, stormwater management, drainage design, bridge hydraulics, scour analysis, GIS, and Python programming. I have worked on major infrastructure and water resources projects across the United States, delivering hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) modeling, flood risk assessments, and advanced engineering analyses.

I am highly experienced in industry-standard software and modeling tools, including HEC-RAS (1D/2D), HEC-HMS, SWMM, Delft3D-FM, ArcGIS, Python, and MATLAB for hydraulic simulation, flood modeling, and automation.
