Hello students! I’ve been a successful real estate agent since 2015 and absolutely love it. My goal is to help others achieve great success, whether it’s assistance in passing the National or Texas licensing exam or learning lead generation, sales strategies and business practices. I prefer to take a friendly approach to teaching, keeping it light and entertaining. This style promotes engagement and reduces the stress that some students may feel. Due to my experience, I have many “real world” examples that I share to help students understand scenarios that are easily applied to the subject matter.

I have been teaching real estate since 2022 and am certified by the Texas Real Estate Commission to teach Qualifying Courses (pre-license), SAE (2 year post license), numerous CE subjects and Legal I and II Update. I have authored numerous courses including contract strategies, negotiation skills, sales acumen and broker management. I am also a Certified Luxury Real Estate Agent with vast experience in high value transactions. In addition, I have two years of experience teaching business leadership and sales in public workshop settings as well as private corporate training.

Prior to real estate, I spent 26 years in the aviation industry and have a degree in aircraft maintenance management. My career was focused on maintenance and manufacturing, and I owned a business that manufactured interiors for VIP aircraft. This gave me a technical foundation and business leadership skills that apply well to real estate, especially when it comes to regulations, contracts and law theory. I know what it takes to manage a profitable business and impart that knowledge throughout my teaching.
