Patient teacher
We went over Xtool laser settings and adjustment for engraving. Very patient with setting all parameters. We touched on topic of material and setting preferences. I am definitely reaching out again.

I had mentioned what I wanted to learn regarding file changes for a specific digital printer. Simon did research before our class so he was well prepared for my needs and anticipated what I wanted to learn. Simon is very knowledgeable in Illustrator and Photoshop but more than that, he is able to explain in detail how things work, why we use certain tools in certain sequences to produce the desired results. He makes it easy to understand and is patient with me as I am fairly new to the software. So far after one class I am very impressed and looking forward to our next class!

As a novice, I needed a LOT of help understanding some of the Photoshop basics to edit my photos for my websites. I viewed a LOT of YouTube videos but was still at a loss. Simon was excellent in helping know what Photoshop tools would help me achieve some of my immediate edits and walked me through how to use them. Very knowledgeable tutor
In our first photoshop lesson Simon imported one of the illustrations I'd sent him which I wanted to work on. It was very helpful because he was able to show me the basics of layering, masking, brushes etc while applying it to the drawing which made it a more accessible way to understand the way Photoshop works.

Simon is an Awesome tutor. We went over different ways to train my fingers and build strength. He also prepared for the lesson and cared about things I enjoy and knew many bands I enjoyed growing up.
