I Work for a non-profit organization that specializes in teaching middle school aged girls to be more confident and explore all aspects of what education has in store for them. I specialize in STEM engagements and enjoy doing experiments and finding fun math games to help the students develop their thinking skills. I have 3 little sisters ranging from 1st -10th grade and have a background in babysitting. In my free time I enjoy playing video games and playing with my guinea pigs Mash and Potato.
I am a great math tutor because I am still using these skills today! I enjoy making sure students I work with fully understand the concept behind the problem and why the answer is what it is, as opposed to just giving them the answer!
