Hello, I'm Patrick. Since September 2017, I have been tutoring extensively for many math and economics classes that can give students trouble. I have helped my students do well in these classes, particularly introductory and intermediate Microeconomics and Macroeconomics including AP Microeconomics and AP Macroeconomics, Managerial Economics for MBA programs, Business Calculus, Calculus I-II, AP Calculus AB and BC, Algebra I-II and Trigonometry. I want to help you learn the material so that you can do succeed too.

If you are struggling in any of these classes, I am here to help. The sooner you reach out to me when you are having difficulty, the better. The more time we spend going over the basic foundational material earlier in the semester, the easier the rest of the semester will be. However, if you do not look for help until later in the semester (as many do), do not worry. We will come up with a solid plan that will help you make the most out of the remaining time in the semester and do well in these difficult courses.

I have worked with students of varying abilities to improve their understanding of math concepts and help them to better solve problems. Math builds upon itself so it is crucial to have the fundamental prealgebra, algebra 1 and geometry skills before moving onto higher level material. I work with my students to make sure that they have that strong foundation which they will use in future courses and for the rest of their lives.

For my AP Chemistry students, we have focused on how to understand and analyze the multiple choice and free response sections to maximize their score on the AP exam. For my college students, we carefully all review material given by the professor or teaching assistants during lecture, discussion or recitation sections to best prepare for midterm and final exams.

Knowledgable, Patient, Caring Tutor

Going into my first semester of learning economics, I was a little worried that I would have difficulty comprehending the material. However, when I found Patrick, all my nervousness and concern went away. Patrick did a fantastic job explaining the material to me and was very patient with me as well. I love how he will ask you questions throughout the sessions to understand the material, which helped me memorize critical concepts in the book. He comes to every lesson very prepared and takes a lot of time out of the sessions to get ready and read the material. I definitely recommend Patrick if you are looking for an economics tutor because he will make sure you fully understand every concept in economics and he will be very patient throughout the journey. He tutored me for Macroeconomics, and I can't wait to have his help again for Microeconomics!
