Hi! I’m a finance professional currently working as an analyst at Amazon, where I use analytical and problem-solving skills to support business decisions. I graduated with a degree in business and have a strong foundation in math, which I apply in both my professional work and tutoring. I specialize in Algebra 1, Pre-Algebra, Elementary Math, as well as interview preparation and resume building for students and early career professionals.

In college, I gained extensive leadership and mentoring experience that shaped my tutoring approach. I served as President of my business fraternity, where I led workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions focused on resume building, LinkedIn optimization, and interview preparation for internships. I also co-founded my university’s Women in Investing club, where I helped run professional development workshops for college students and high school students. Through this organization, I also created a financial literacy program aimed at helping high school students build confidence in money management and career planning.

I previously tutored a student from 6th through 9th grade, supporting them across multiple subjects with a strong focus on math. That experience taught me how to adapt explanations to different learning styles, build confidence, and break down complex problems into simple, step-by-step processes.

My tutoring approach focuses on patience, clarity, and confidence-building. In math, I emphasize understanding concepts rather than memorization, using guided practice to reinforce skills. For interview prep and career coaching, I help students structure their experiences clearly, practice behavioral questions using the STAR method, and communicate their strengths effectively. My goal is to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making steady progress.
