Hi! I’m a certified elementary teacher with 9 years of classroom experience, working with students in Kindergarten-4th grade grade across math, reading, writing, science, and social studies. I’m also English Learner (EL) certified and have extensive experience supporting students who need extra language development and confidence-building.

In the classroom, I’ve taught diverse learners with a wide range of abilities and learning styles. I specialize in reading and phonics intervention, elementary math foundations, and supporting EL students through clear explanations, visuals, and step-by-step scaffolding. I focus on meeting students where they are and helping them make steady, meaningful progress.

My current role is teaching 3rd grade math in the mornings. I am currently part time as I take care of my toddler in the afternoons.

My tutoring style is patient, structured, and encouraging. I break concepts into manageable pieces, use visuals and interactive tools during online sessions, and adjust instruction based on your child's needs. My goal is not just to help students complete assignments, but to build skills, confidence, independence and a love of learning.
