MS/HS Spanish I and Spanish III Teacher for Spanish tutoring

Hi everyone, my name is Courtney R. and I am currently a middle school/high school Spanish teacher for Spanish I (Honors and standard) and Spanish III Honors. I have been teaching for two going on three years now and I have my masters degree in secondary education and my bachelors in Spanish and general business. I have a lot of experience teaching Spanish I and Spanish III material at the middle/high school level as well as tutoring at the college level for Spanish.

In addition, I have also had experience traveling to Madrid and Salamanca, Spain, and Costa Rica, so I am very familiar with and teach vocabulary and grammar from a mixed Spain/Latin American, Spanish standpoint. One of my favorite things to do as a teacher is not only work with translation-based learning, but also practical application where students are taught the grammar and vocabulary first followed by practices with flashcards and or fun games to help them learn and apply the knowledge for themselves.
