My name is Dr. Rufus L. I have an EdD from Argosy University and an MEd from Tennessee State University. I have been an educator for 19 years. During which time I served as both a Teacher and an administrator. Prior to becoming a full time Teacher, I served in the military where I retired as a field grade officer in the Army Reserves. I have a certification in business accounting and administration.
I am a freelance artist who received an art scholarship to college.
