Bio

I have 10+ years experience with teaching and tutoring students from elementary to graduate school students. I taught undergraduate biology for four years at Texas Tech University. I earned my Ph.D. in Biology Education from Middle Tennessee State University in 2020. I have Bachelor's and Master's degrees in biology. I currently work as an informal science educator working with students from preschool to elementary age on learning science in fun and engaging ways.

I am glad I found Joshua to help my son with his Science/Biology class. Joshua is dependable and shows up on time to the assigned sessions. Additionally, I am convinced that he is very knowledgeable in this area and a great tutor. He is patient and explains the subject well. Awesome Genetics Tutor

Joshua is very patient and extremely knowledgable in Genetics. He's really good at educating and he makes sure that you understand the material before moving forward. He genuinely cares about his student's progress. He made me feel so much more confident in Genetics. I was relieved once I started working with him. Overall, I highly recommend him!
