I met William three weeks before my exam and asked him if he could prepare me for the Citizenship interview. He took the 100 questions and patiently asked me 100 questions each time we met. English is my second language, and even if I knew most of the answers, my self-esteem or fear for the exam caused me a lot of anxiety William is incredibly organized. He then started, asking me the hundred questions randomly.
