However, this was possible only after I overcame a deeply rooted childhood fear of speaking in front of people, which stemmed from low-self-esteem and a poor self-image. Does this sound like you? I was a hermit and an introvert and dreaded the day anyone asked me to say anything publicly. I understand the fear, apprehension, gut feeling of fainting, nervousness, self-doubt, thoughts of performing a disappearing act, unending sweaty palms and other psychological uncertainties that attack you long before the speech. Nevertheless, all of that is in the past.
Today, because I no longer experience those ill-feelings, I can assist you in moving from that stymied place of verbal and mental paralysis to that place of a bold, confident, ready to go energetic and enthusiasm power-pack. Just give me that chance. Let us make a world of difference together, in every area of your life. Built into some college and university curriculum, there are requirements to complete at least one semester of public speaking.
