I have taken courses in public speaking such as Toastmasters International. I have held leadership positions in various organizations since I was 15. I have been a teacher (teaching all ages) long enough that I recognize what works through experience.
During my college career I have taken courses in European History, American History, Latin American History, African History, Balkan History, Roman History, Military History, Constitutional History, and I have traveled to the Balkans, France, Germany, and Italy to see many of the places I learned about through the "East meets West" honors program.
