I have 2 years of experience teaching in the clinical setting and multiple years precepting new-graduate nurses. I was also previously a program director for a transition to practice program at a level 1 trauma center, was a House Supervisor, taught ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC. I utilize engaging didactic learning strategies and nursing theories in order to help students retain and associate material. With my experience and understanding of current medical practices, I am able to help students grasp the concepts needed to become graduate nurses.
