MSN, RN with Education Experience Available for Tutoring

I have experience in training/teaching RNs while in AD programs, training BSN RNs in their senior practicum, and training new RNs in their clinical assignments and work. I completed my AD, BSN and MSN while working full time. I enjoy working with those entering into nursing learning and understanding new concepts, clinical aspects and all areas of nursing. I have clinical experience in psychiatric, cardiac cath lab, PCU as well as urology experience.

I completed Anatomy courses in my AD and MSN level education - grade: A. I continue to work in nursing and keep up to date with conferences, journals and research and meetings as available. I currently work in urology and have cardiology experience as well.

I have personally worked with students during their senior practicum studying for the NCLEX - few who struggled and failed their first attempt and worked with me for their second, and all passed; few who worked with me prior to their first attempt, all who have passed thus far. I have personally taken both exams and passed. I work with concepts, rationalizations, how to work through the questions, where the focus should be and a manner of thinking to assist in eliminating time wasted on misleading and wrong information. Adapting the time and style of study to each student assists as well in optimization of study and performance on the exams.
