My reading, writing, and comprehension skills were born in the refining fire of a Tier 1, nationally ranked university. My degree in particular required a rigorous amount of reading and writing. When applying to graduate school, my writing sample received the highest possible marks.
For my students, I use researched-based strategies and techniques that have been proven to increase student achievement. Once the strategies are learned, they can be applied all throughout the student's educational experience from elementary school to college.
