In public and charter schools, I taught students of all ages and specialized in English Language Arts (ELA) and English as a Second Language (ESL). In 2015, I piloted Google Classroom with over 100 students, a project that inspired my district to adopt Chromebooks districtwide. My work earned me the title of Teacher of the Year, and I went on to train other educators on platforms like Google Classroom, Socrative, and Class Dojo. In 2009, I began my salsa and bachata journey and, by 2024, opened my own dance studio, teaching weekly classes. My expertise has earned me invitations to perform at major events, including corporate functions and exclusive venues like SOHO House Nashville and the Wildhorse Saloon. I’m a recognized figure in the local dance scene, regularly teaching at premier Latin dance events. Additionally, I’ve honed my video editing skills over 10 years, using them to grow my social media following to nearly 2,000 in under a year. My understanding of metrics and storytelling through video makes me a valuable mentor for aspiring creators.
