I wish to show how this subject matter is relevant and how it can contribute to imaginations.
I graduated from Furman University with a degree in English Literature and have a minor in art. As literature has often been an inspiration for many masterpieces this was an excellent match of subjects. As a result I am able to combine art with literature to make the study of this subject more meaningful to the student.
I also studied anatomy and physiology and applied this to working in the fields of physical therapy and home health services. This provided me not only a head knowledge of these subjects but also gave me practical applications which I am able to share with my students.
