I am a junior at the University of Memphis with an academic background in mathematics, computer science, and statistics. My coursework includes Precalculus through Calculus III, Linear Algebra, Differential Equations, and Statistics, and I have consistently earned A grades in advanced mathematics courses. I also have over four years of experience programming in Python and currently serve as a teaching assistant for Python programming at the University of Memphis. In addition, I work as a Data Science Intern at AutoZone, where I apply Python and analytical problem-solving to real-world data-driven tasks.

I have experience teaching students across a wide range of ages and ability levels. I currently coach ages 3–19 in REC soccer with Germantown Legends, which has given me extensive experience explaining concepts clearly, adapting communication styles, and working one-on-one and in small group settings. As a teaching assistant, I support college students in a classroom environment by reinforcing core concepts, answering questions, and helping students develop problem-solving skills in Python. These experiences have strengthened my ability to break down complex material into understandable steps for learners at different stages.

In tutoring, I focus on building strong foundational understanding while adapting my approach to each student’s needs. I have experience working one-on-one with students, assessing their current understanding, and guiding them toward long-term improvement rather than short-term memorization. I also earned a 32 on the ACT, with strong section scores across math, science, English, and reading, which supports my ability to tutor ACT preparation alongside academic math and programming subjects.
