Bio

I am a Professor of Economics, Finance, and Mathematics with over 10 years of experience. I have a Master's in Economics and a BA in Political Science from Middle Tennessee State University. Not surprisingly, I am a bit of a math fanatic, which usually translates to a contagious level of enthusiasm. I am a Professor of Economics, Finance, and Mathematics with over 10 years of experience. I have a Master's in Economics and a BA in Political Science from Middle Tennessee State University. Not surprisingly, I am a bit of a math fanatic, which usually translates to a contagious level of enthusiasm. If you need help with Personal Finance, including navigating Financial Aid & Student Loan repayment, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Econometrics, I can help. I can also teach you how to beat exams, including most standardized exams that cover Math topics.

I have also taught online since 2009, and have personal experience with 5 different Online Learning Management Systems (Canvas, Blackboard, LoudCloud, Jenzabar and D2L aka Brightspace). If you have suddenly found yourself using one of these, or other similar systems like Moodle, I can schedule a session to help you grasp the basics of navigating them either as faculty or student.

In addition to one on one tutoring, I also work with small groups (up to 4 students).

I have been using Microsoft Excel for a ridiculous number of positions for over 20 years, but just to prove that I could do it., I went and got myself a Google Data Analytics certificate from Coursera and learned how to do things that I hadn't actually had to do for work already. :-)
