I have been tutoring students for over ten years. I enjoy working with children and love to see them succeed. I make learning a fun experience. I specialize in teaching students to read and write. I will help them with their sight words, decoding skills, and comprehension strategies. I believe in order to write a great essay a person needs to first learn how to form a sentence and then a paragraph. I will help your child with proper sentence structure, forming a complete paragraph, and finally writing an excellent essay. In the area of math I can help your child with anything from elementary math to algebra. I am familiar with the Common Core and can help your child with the critical thinking skills they need for success.
