Very helpful and patient!
I took the core praxis exam a few months ago and failed the math portion. I have always done poor in math and it had also been about 10 years since I even thought about an algebraic equation or any math at all. I started meeting with Mary and she started from the very beginning with me! By the end of our sessions I was understanding complex math questions on my own, and I passed the math portion of the praxis core exam with a 175! She had new material for me every session and was very patient with me. 5 stars from me!

Thorough, encouraging, successful results
Mary was a great tutor. She met twice a week with our daughter to tutor all subjects of the ACT and her school subjects as well. After the first few lessons her ACT score increased 4 points and she achieved a 4.0 GPA which she has maintained since. Mary was very detailed, organized, and thorough. She was encouraging and her lessons covered all the subjects our daughter needed assistance in. Our daughter did not want to end the sessions because she was going to miss her study time with Mary. I highly recommend Mary.
