I have tutored students from grades 6 through12 for 4 years, but I especially enjoy tutoring and life-coaching 9th graders. I serve on the Executive Board for the Freshman mentoring program at my school, and as I am still a student myself, I know exactly how to relate to them and provide extra academic support. I have held middle school group learning sessions where each student at first works individually and then they come together to explain to each other any concept they didn't understand. I have also held virtual SAT Reading and Writing sessions for high schoolers to teach them important English skills as well as to boost their confidence for their upcoming SAT test. I am comfortable and capable of teaching all subject areas and French language with course rigor ranging from standard to AP, and I hope to become a valuable tutor and resource to the Wyzant learning community
