I am a dedicated Special Education educator and administrator with over ten years of experience supporting students with diverse learning needs. I hold an Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Instructional Leadership and have extensive training in developing individualized supports for students with ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, executive functioning challenges, and other learning differences. My dual perspective as both a teacher and administrator allows me to understand not only how to provide effective one-on-one instruction but also how to design broader strategies that help students succeed in school and beyond.

Throughout my career, I have worked with students in grades K–12 in both traditional and virtual learning environments. I specialize in helping students strengthen their study skills, organization, time management, and reading and writing abilities. My tutoring approach is research-based and highly individualized. I focus on building on each student’s strengths while addressing their areas of need with patience and flexibility. Whether supporting a student one-on-one with homework strategies, teaching reading interventions for Dyslexia, or guiding a high school student through executive functioning coaching, my goal is always to foster confidence, independence, and academic success.

Families and students describe me as approachable, supportive, and highly knowledgeable. I believe tutoring should be a collaborative process that empowers students to take ownership of their learning while feeling encouraged and understood. By combining my professional expertise with a genuine commitment to student growth, I strive to help every learner discover strategies that work for them and achieve long-term success in their education.
