I believe that the best way to learn math is to see how it applies to everyday situations. I do not want to simply help a student memorize an equation or process. My goal is to help students realize and understand how math skills will benefit them in their daily lives.
Although I have experience in a wide range of math subjects, I have focused my tutoring efforts on Algebra and Geometry. I believe that a student with a solid foundation in these areas will be prepared to excel in any area of study he or she pursues.
